Savvy Cellars offers a wide selection of wines from all over the world. In a land of California centric wine lists, this can make for a pleasant change. Their prices are standard for a wine bar. They do offer a small selection of more high end specialty beers, should your party include the wine-averse.
Gourmet bites. I would not come prepared to eat dinner here, but the small bites they do offer are excellent.

Oddly for a wine bar, they don't list the region the wines can be found in. The owners say this is to encourage asking the wait staff about the wines. In principle, this idea is fine. In practice, I've had good experiences with the wait staff being knowledgeable, but also one experience where I was told the wrong region and it wasn't corrected until the wine arrived. As wine drinkers know, an Oregon wine is probably going to be a bit different than a Sonoma Valley wine. Besides that, their unique location practically in the cal-train station at Mountain View make them a fantastic happy hour spot.
